새로운 project를 시작하면 공부해야 할게 참 많은 것 같습니다.

 현재 Isolation Philosophy 에 대해 공부 중인데, 거기에 나오는 내용중에 이해가 안되는 것이 있어 질문드립니다.

 Valved Isolation 이라는 내용에

 Wherever valve isolation is used as the primary protection, prior to breaking of containment means to conrifm

 the integrity of the isolation shall be provided. This is normally achieved by the use of two separate vend/drain points

 to confirm satisfactory depressurisation/drainging. In cases of where only on such point exists additional methods

 should be used to confirm that the single point is not restricted or blocked in any way.
