(1) 자세한 원인은 소리가 나는 정확한 위치와 소리의 형태 등의 현장조사를 통해 진단해 봐야 할 것입니다 .
우선 "딱딱"하고 나는 소리가 구체적으로 무엇과 비슷한 소리인지 궁금합니다.

(2) Steam Drum의 용량 계산방법은 일반적인 기-액 분리기 드럼과 다를 바 없지만 액의 Carry-Over 방지, Boiler Water의 순환관 의 연결등이 복잡하기 때문에 단순히 Boiler Wate나 Steam 만의 Holding Time 만으로는 결정할 수 없고 기계적으로 Internal 부품을 어떻게 수용할 수 있느냐, 그리고 Vessel Wall에 붙여야 할 노즐의 배치가 가능한가 등으로 결정될 것으로 봅니다.

더구나 아주 용량으로 가면 수송이 가능하느냐 현장제작으로 이루어 져야 하느냐 등으로도 크기가 정해질 수 있겠지요.
