You weigh out arsenic trioxide and get potassium arsenite in solution.
 
Redox arsenic goes from +3 to +5 (2 e change per arsenic) thus equivalent weight of arsenic trioxide is 197.84/4 or 49.46 g/eq.
 
For potassium arsenite it is 146.01/2 or 73.005 g/eq (my molecular weights could be off a hair).
 
Equivalents equal equivalents, thus 0.1 equivalent of arsenic trioxide (4.946 g) equals or will produce 0.1 equivalent of potassium arsenite (7.3005 g).
